2013 is shaping up to be quite an exciting new wedding season full of fun new trends and unique wedding ideas. One of the trends we’re loving in particular is incorporating chalkboards or chalkboard-like artwork into your wedding details and decor. No longer just for outdated classrooms and arithmetic problems, chalkboards lend a rustic and whimsical vibe to any wedding – and given the multitude of ways to use chalkboards, literally anyone can incorporate it into their wedding celebration.

We’ve found our favorite ways so far this season that people have used chalkboards; from invitations to placemats to photobooth backdrops, the possibilities for this fun and artsy touch are endless! Are you incorporating chalkboards into your wedding day?
